We’re hiring — Customer Experience Specialist (Remote, US-based)

If you can read at least basic Braille and know how to interact with screen readers, this is a rare opportunity to work with a product that’s changing how people access information.

Dot Inc. is the maker of the Dot Pad, a refreshable multiline Braille and tactile graphics display. With its actuator technology enabling lighter and scalable Braille, Dot is redefining what modern Braille technology can be. We design and refine our products in partnership with blind users, so every feature reflects real needs and real life.

Perfect for:
• People with lived experience (blind/low vision individuals strongly encouraged to apply)
• TVIs, AT instructors/trainers, O&M/rehab professionals
• Customer support specialists who care about users (who know Braille and screen readers)
• Aspiring influencers / social media content creators in accessibility and AT

What you’ll do:
• Support Dot Pad users (email + phone)
• Train individuals and organizations
• Create content (tutorials, posts, short videos)
• Engage and manage our online community
• Provide light sales support + demos
• Some travel for conferences and events

Contractor (1099) — full-time or part-time
Remote (US-based)
